Woman Says She ‘Can’t Remember’ Topless McDonald’s Ice Cream Rampage

Sandra Suarez caused quite a ruckus at a Pinellas Park, Fla., McDonald’s in late March. But she likely didn’t expect the incident to become a viral moment shared by thousands online.

On March 24, Suarez, 41, was arrested by Pinella Park police after she went on a destructive rampage at her local McDonald’s, reports Tampa Bay’s WTVT. Video footage of Suarez, which was later posted to LiveLeak.com, shows the woman’s three-minute topless flip-out in the fast-food restaurant. Suarez can be seen knocking over registers, emptying a cabinet onto the floor and destroying assorted equipment. She even takes a moment to eat a little soft-serve ice cream.

According to officers, Suarez began her attack after an employee of the restaurant turned down her offer for oral sex in the McDonald’s parking lot. They added that she was taken to Northside Hospital, but doctors revealed she was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Suarez was charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest. She was released on $7,000 bond.

The mother of two told WTVT that the episode was caused by her bipolar disorder and that she doesn’t recall much of what happened. A 15-year resident of Florida, Suarez also said that she is considering bringing her children back to her native Colombia if they encounter any issues from her now-viral moment.

According to Juan Illas, the restaurant’s owner and operator, the employees who uploaded the video to LiveLeak.com have been fired.

ANNA MARIA — Anna Maria Island resident Monte Veon, 71, decided to make a milk shake at 11:45 p.m. Saturday before he went to bed. He ended up in jail for it.

Veon was charged with simply battery for pushing the family member. He remained in the Manatee County jail Monday night subject to a $500 bond.

He’s Definitely Not Lovin’ It! Woman ‘Sets Fire to Man’s Car Because He Wouldn’t Buy Her a McFlurry’

Burning_Car_McDonalds_JacksonvilleA woman in Florida allegedly set fire to a man’s car after he refused to buy her a McDonald’s McFlurry for dessert.

According to shocked witnesses the man and woman were sitting in the restaurant on Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville at 12.30 on Sunday morning. Suddenly they became embroiled in a huge fight over whether or not she was entitled to one of the popular ice cream treats – at which point she went outside and proceeded to set the man’s car on fire.

‘They were going at it,’ said witness Sabryna Maré of the couple who were standing behind her in line. ‘She was saying she wanted this and wanted that, and she wanted either a McFlurry or an ice cream on top and he was not in for it. Then he was yelling at her saying he’s not going to do it.’

At this point the argument escalated out of hand and the woman began making seemingly outrageous threats. ‘Next thing you know, she says ‘I’m going to blow it up,’ and we were wondering what are you going to blow up?’ said Maré.

At this point the woman burst out of the restaurant and within minutes the shocked patrons of the McDonalds saw 1994 El Dorado in flames in the parking lot.

‘She got something out of the car that happened to be a bottle and then she got gasoline from who knows where. Then she poured everything all over it and next thing you know there was a match and it was up in flames,’ said Maré. Witnesses tried to put the fire out but when the firefighters arrived the car was beyond help.

The woman who is thought to have started the fire disappeared out of the parking lot and the police are keen to speak to her and the man who vanished after the flames were put out. ‘It was one second here, one second there, gone. Later we saw the car parked on the side of Beach Boulevard,’ said Maré.

Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office officers said the license plate did not match the vehicle.

After an apparent traffic tiff, a McDonald’s milkshake went flying. In the end, the chilled dessert beverage struck an 18-year-old Port St. Lucie woman in the face and coated the dashboard of a Volkswagen Jetta she was in, according to a recently released Martin County Sheriff’s Office report. What could be called the case of milkshake road rage happened Jan. 5 in Stuart.

The 20-year-old Jetta driver told sheriff’s deputies he was driving on Monterey Road when a big truck cut him off. He drove next to the truck and opened his window. He said the driver of the big truck, identified as an 18-year-old Palm City man, also lowered his window and hurled the McDonald’s milkshake.

The shake hit an 18-year-old passenger in the Jetta in the face, spewing milkshake on the dashboard, flooring and windshield. The Jetta driver had to clear a spot on the windshield to see.

The driver and passenger of the truck told a deputy the Jetta approached to the rear with the high beam lights on. The truck driver said the car cut him off, before one of the car’s windows lowered. The truck driver said he opened his window and threw the milkshake, the flavor of which was not listed, and then tried to get away.

The woman struck by the McDonald’s milkshake declined to press charges. The owner of the Jetta, however, evidently was not lovin’ it and did. The cost to repair his vehicle was estimated at $300.

Pregnant Woman Attacks Roommate Over Butter, Blames Hormones

A pregnant Florida woman blamed her rage on hormones after she attacked her roommate during a fight over butter, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said. Jennifer Feagley, 24, of Deland, remained in jail on Friday on $5,000 bond after her Tuesday arrest. She then mounted Marson, who had fallen down, and punched her in the chest several times. She also put her hands around Marson’s neck and hit her with her own cane five times, authorities said.

Feagley stated her rage is due to hormones from her pregnancy, ” the report said. She added that she was diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder and hasn’t been taking her medication because of her pregnancy.

There were no visible injuries, and Marson said she didn’t need medical attention. But she did say she wanted to press charges against Feagley. It wasn’t immediately known if Feagley had an attorney.

Police: Man Put Prescription Medication In Milkshake With Intention Of Killing Roommate

VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS Tampa) – Michael Gray, 51, was found dead at his home after drinking a deadly milkshake, according to authorities. The Indian River County Sheriff’s Department arrested Timothy E. Gochenour, 41, on homicide charges.

Gochenour rented a room at Gray’s house. Gray’s wife was out of town and asked police to check in on the house because she had concerns over Gochenour.

According to police, Gochenour told the investigators that Gray was a local bar but police then checked inside the house. That is when they found Gray’s body in bed covered with blankets.

Police say that Gochenour told them that he and Gray had been having an argument for several days over rent and privacy issues. Police said that he put a large amount of prescription medications in a milkshake and gave it to Gray with the intention of killing him.

$3.25 Ice-Cream Theft Lands Man in Jail for 71 Days

A 20-year-old man has been sentenced to the 71 days he spent in jail after stealing a $3.25 ice-cream sundae. Court records show that Tobias Franklin also was ordered to pay restitution. Franklin pleaded no contest May 29 to robbery by sudden snatching — a third-degree felony — and resisting merchandise recovery.

On March 20, he ordered the sundae at Goff’s Ice Cream on Orange Blossom Trail near Church Street. When the shop owner told him the price, Franklin grabbed the dish from the man’s hand and left. The owner ran after Franklin for about a block, then went back and got his car and followed Franklin, who was on foot, until police arrived and arrested him.

In December 2011, Franklin was convicted in Orange County of burglary of a conveyance and petty theft of $100 or more. He has no fixed address but had been staying with a relative, records show.
